GENERAL TERMS OF USE
The website quironer.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, and data on the Internet belonging to QUIRONER, S.L. The USER assumes the
responsibility for the proper use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content. In this
registration, which will be voluntary, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information.
As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, committing to use it diligently and
confidentially. The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums, or news groups)
that QUIRONER, S.L. offers through its portal and including, but not limited to, not using them to (i) engage in illegal, unlawful activities or
against good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, promoting terrorism or
against human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of QUIRONER, S.L., its suppliers, or third parties, introducing or spreading
computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damages; (iv) attempt to access and, in their
case, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.
The USER guarantees that they are over 14 years old, that they give their consent for the processing of their personal data, after being informed, and they are responsible for the access
and proper use of the websites.
This portal will not collect any personal data without the prior knowledge and authorization of the USER.
QUIRONER, S.L. reserves the right to remove all comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory,
xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that harm youth or childhood, public order or safety, or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for its
publication. In any case, QUIRONER, S.L. will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The USER authorizes QUIRONER, S.L. to process the personal data they voluntarily provide through forms, email, or other electronic means,
as well as those generated by browsing the websites owned by them for the following purposes:

2. The processing, tracking, and updating of any information request regarding the chiropractic activities offered by CENTRO
   QUIROPRÁCTICO QUIRONER.

3. The processing of their personal data with the aim of analyzing and forming a professional opinion about possible existing ailments, prior to a
   chiropractic assessment and their subsequent chiropractic care if necessary; managing as a patient the various chiropractic treatments and
   professional studies; and billing, as well as related accounting and fiscal management.

4. The maintenance and comprehensive centralized management of their relationship as a patient in the treatments offered by CENTRO QUIROPRÁCTICO QUIRONER.
   B.- PROMOTION OF ACTIVITIES OF THE CHIROPRACTIC CENTER [art. 6.a) and f) GDPR]

5. The publication of testimonials, images, videos, and aggregated or properly anonymized data on the QUIRONER WEB or their transfer to directories, magazines, and
   other advertising channels or private platforms and social networks used, as well as to other clients of CENTRO QUIROPRÁCTICO QUIRONER.
   C.- COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS [art.6.f) GDPR]

6. The sending of emails, WhatsApp, and other communications to inform about the commercial activities related to news and
   actions of CENTRO QUIROPRÁCTICO QUIRONER.

7. The sending of information and advertising, including electronically, about offers, products, recommendations, services, promotions, gifts, and
   customer loyalty campaigns of CENTRO QUIROPRÁCTICO QUIRONER.
   D.- PROFILE CREATION [art. 6.a) and f) GDPR]

8. The conducting of statistical studies and quality control.
   In compliance with the provisions contained in REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of
   individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5,
   on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDDD), it is informed that the personal data provided directly
   by the USER through the various resources available on this portal will be processed, for the specific purposes for which they are provided, confidentially, in
   accordance with the data protection regulatory regulations and will be incorporated into the files of POTENTIAL CLIENTS concerning the management of communications
   of the activities of CENTRO QUIROPRÁCTICO QUIRONER and CLIENTS QUIRONER, regarding the actions and treatment of chiropractic care for which
   QUIRONER, S.L. is responsible.
   Data will not be assigned to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation or the express consent of the USER. Personal data may be
   processed to create profiles, categorize/segment, make ratings/scoring for decision-making, such as, for example, customer segmentation based on their personal data to
   make commercial communications, as well as for conducting phone calls that may be deemed appropriate or necessary for these
   purposes. Similarly, communications may be made regarding all those commercial activities related to the news and actions of CENTRO QUIROPRACTICO
   QUIRONER. No profiles are created with the data nor are decisions made with legal effects that significantly affect a large number of interested parties, no
   international transfers of the same are made, nor will they be processed by groups of companies.
   The provided data will be kept only while the professional relationship is maintained or for the strictly necessary period to meet the
   legal obligations.
